With the purpose to present a preliminary discussion to the Colombian Congress concerni g abortion, the author makes an historical review about its origins to analize, afterwards, the different kinds of abortion and the factors that interfere with the country's legislation. In summary, the author makes an exhaustive analysis of the overall proyect.
