Child maltreatment is not to be noted as an exclusive subject to forensic sciences and pediatricians, rather it is inherent to all of the medical specialties as long as interdisciplinary diagnostic and opportune intervention are important. A 17-month-old female maltreatment case who suffered femoral fractures at different healing stages was reported.
